Cabo San Lucas is made up of San Jose Del Cabo and Los Cabo. We chose to stay at the beautiful and new JW Marriott located in San Jose Del Cabo. Since we were traveling with a 4 month old we did rent a car for ease of getting around. We land around 4:00 Pm and took the shuttle over to rental car. WE used hertz and the wait was a bit longer than one might expect. Luckily since we were staying in San Jose Del Cabo it was a quick 20-30 minute drive to the resort. The JW Marriott is a beautiful property with resort amenities, welcome margaritas, cooking classes, drink classes, and onsite child care.

This was Dawson’s first international trip and he was a trooper the entire time. We took a day to go to Los Cabo and explore and take a boat to see The Arch.

Without a doubt food was the highlight of this trip from excellent options at the hotel to a “hidden” gem close to the hotel named ACRE everything from the food to service was exceptional.
